Our mission is to encourage, inspire and empower all women and girls to improve their mental health and challenge the associated stigma.

As a charity who specialise in mental health, Motherwell Cheshire are proud to be able to support our local community through our services. It has been another busy year across all our projects.  Take a look at our reports below which gives a snapshot of our impact in the community

We have new courses starting at both our Crewe and Winsford Hubs in Oct, suitable for your Staff and service users:

💜 Stress Awareness, Mindfulness, Mental Health, on 7th, 14th Oct: 12-2pm, at 62 Beech Drive, Wistaston, Crewe CW2 8RG 

💜MENTAL HEALTH, WELLBEING & MINDFULNESS 1 day Awareness course:

3D Training will be delivering a 1 day session on Mental health and Wellbeing & mindfulness at 15-17 Finsbury Walk, Winsford CW7 2YA,  on 9th Oct, 9.30am-2.30pm. This is a free awareness session if you're 19 years or older and either unemployed or employed and earning below £25750 per year.

AND...

💜 L2 SUBSTANCE MISUSE:

Level 2 Substance Misuse qualification at 15-17 Finsbury Walk, Winsford CW7 2YA. 

10th Oct ENROLMENT, 9.30-2.30pm. 

Followed by 5 weeks Oct 17th, 24th, Nov 5th, 12th, 19th

This is free if you're 19 years or older and either unemployed or employed and earning below £25750 per year.
